46 Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They
broke bread together with glad and sincere hearts, 47 Praising God and
enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number
daily those who were being saved.

Jesus said " All authority in Heaven and earth has been given to me. "

Then he said to go make disciples and teach those disciples the things he
taught. Jesus taught his disciples many things.He taught about His Father's
kingdom. He taught them to cast out demons, to heal the sick to raise the
dead, and to wash feet. But the most significant thing he taught them was to
make disciples. I submit to you that there are no short cuts. Leadership
must learn to make disciples. Our attitudes should be to serve those we are
discipling, and in turn, they will begin to disciple and to serve.
Thus, multiplication takes place.

I submit that doing or having church in any form, whether in a building

or a home will not be productive. Doing church will not produce Kingdom
fruit. Making disciples will. Eternal fruit is produced when
disciples begin to do the things Jesus did*. Nothing else short of this will
do. Jesus died for the whole world, but He poured Himself out into 12.

Many times crowds would follow Jesus as he taught, but never was He
captivated or mesmerized by the numbers. He never changed His method. He
didn't try to accommodate the crowd. He just continued to pour Himself into
those He could truly disciple.

Look at Eph 4. The word says the minister is Eph 4: 12-13 12 To prepare
God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built
up 13 until we all reach unity in the faith and the knowledge of the Son of God
and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.

In Acts: 2, 42 We see that they devoted themselves to the apostles
teaching, and to the fellowship. The apostles devoted themselves to teaching
the people the things Jesus taught them. Again I submit, this is the
correct model. Jesus never gave instructions on how to have "church
services". Then we see in verse 47 Jesus added to their number daily those
who were being saved. As far as numbers go, God gives the increase


We are experiencing the increase, though we are not perfected yet. As
we make disciples, Jesus IS building His church. We are experiencing
lives totally changed! We are learning to truly serve one another. We are

seeing Christ being formed in those around us. We are healing the sick.
We are seeing many captives set free, and staying free. We are seeing people
learning to hear God's voice, and we are watching as people are truly
becoming obedient to His Word. We are seeing these same people through
the Holy Spirit in them, change the atmosphere where they live and where
they work!!! We are experiencing the process of total transformation as our
minds are being renewed. We are walking as overcomers. We are learning what
it means to suffer with Christ, therefore enjoying His fellowship - truly!

We believe that to know Christ is the goal, and to walk in His power as He
did on earth is the prize!

Though we have not yet attained the fullness, yet we press on!
